RESPONSE TO COVID-19 

A MESSAGE FROM Donique J., THE HOST OF ALL EMBRACING OUR ROOTS RETREATS

 

COVID-19 has affected the way I will host my EOR Retreats. I am a Registered Nurse who has taken care of COVID-19 patients during the height of the pandemic. The last two years(2020 & 2021) I have hosted over 50 Attendees and Contractors with ZERO reported cases of COVID-19.

Here is how I will keep my Attendees safe during these times:

• I am requiring that each Attendee have a COVID-19 test within 2-3 days of attending the Retreat.

• Attendees must wear a mask while traveling to the Retreat and upon check-in.

• Attendees must abide by all rules from the host accommodations concerning COVID-19. If any rules are intentionally not adhered to you may be asked to leave the Retreat for the safety of everyone around you. 

• All Attendees will be subject to multiple temperature checks and frequent hand hygiene care while at the EOR Retreat. 

• We will wear masks and remain safe while in contact with others during our Day Trips.

• Attendees will be allowed to wear mask daily if they desire. Although this is not a requirement due to testing prior to arriving and symptom and temperature checks daily.

I know the times are different! Please respect these small, but effective changes!
